Who Am I?
I’ve wanted to be a chef ever since I was a little boy. I fell in love with baking after watching my godmother bake countless, delicious treats for her friends and family. Over time, my dream evolved into owning a bakery and sharing delicious baked goods with my community. I Knead That is the first step in realizing that dream!
I Knead That is a home-based bakery on the South Side of Chicago serving people all across the city of Chicago. I love everything about baking and I especially love to spread joy through my baked goods!

I’m a one-man show so please place all orders at least a week in advance.

There are two options available for you to receive your order: local pickup and local delivery. Local pickup is available free of charge in downtown Chicago on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For local delivery, I will deliver your order directly to you. After you’ve placed your order, I’ll reach out to you via the contact information provided to update you about your order.
